    1. @Sovereign Saurus and I managed to get 3 five peso (22k) coins, at my LCS yesterday, for spot!! I was super excited.

  1. I like Britannia’s just for the design and security features but I don’t know if I’ll get them this year because I like to go to coin stores and see what they have. The only coin I buy online regularly is the rectangular dragon coin from the Perth Mint.

    1. Yeah there’s a bit of excitement what you can come across if you can get to some coin stores in person. Don’t see many of the dragon bars in the UK still actually. They do look stunning

  2. I just ordered 4 1/4 oz 2023 Britannias. The 1 oz 2023 Britannias are sold out here. Have a great weekend buddy.

    1. Yeah apart from them being a bit small for my eyes that’s the main reason I don’t normally buy them. They can serve a purpose though better if you are able to get lower premium pieces

    1. Cool. They do seem popular at the moment those blister packs. I’ve seen sovs in generic years a bit slow to move at any kind of premium but the special years usually do ok

    1. Yes there’s a few. Hatton Garden has a few in the area. You might find a jeweller or coin store in a local town but I’ve not had a lot of luck. There are pawnbroker type shops but again haven’t had any luck.. One I called into as I was passing scratches across the coins to test them so are basically scrap and then try charging 20 to 25% premium 😬
